ASPHALT PLANTS
"SHUMEN"ASPHALT PLANT
The plant is located northeast of the cemetery park of Shumen. Its location ensures a convenient access to the national road network, namely: Road I-2 “Sofia – Varna” and "Hemus" Motorway. The asphalt plant’s make is MARINI, model MAP 175 E 220 L. The capacity of this stationary asphalt plant is 140-160 t/h. The plant was delivered and assembled within three months by Italian experts, with the assistance of the company mechanics. Once the installation process was completed, three of the plant operators underwent a training course in Italy organized by the plant manufacturer. The plant has been in flawless service since July 2005. In close proximity to the asphalt plant, there is a bitumen storage facility, as well as bitumen emulsion plant and a modified bitumen plant.
"KRALEVO" ASPHALT PLANT
The plant is located southwest of the village of Kralevo, some 30 km away from the town of Shumen. This is a BENNINGHOVEN mobile asphalt plant with a capacity of 3 000 tons/day installed within the site of “Kralevo” quarry. The asphalt mixes are produced under job mix formulas developed by the company’s accredited road testing laboratory and meet all regulatory requirementsThe plant is located southwest of the village of Kralevo, some 30 km away from the town of Shumen. "BAZAN"ASPHALT PLANT
The plant is located nier to village of Buzan, some 17 km southeast of the town of Ruse. This is a BERNARDI mobile asphalt plant with a capacity of 1400 tons/day. The asphalt mixes are produced under job mix formulas developed by the company’s accredited road testing laboratory and meet all regulatory requirements.
"PRIPEK" ASPHALT PLANT
The plant is located some 7 km north of “Hemus” Motorway, in the outskirts of the village of Pripek near Varna.
The initial plant was manufactured by WIBAU and had a capacity of 160 tons/hour. In 2013, it was refurbished and upgraded by the German manufacturer BENNINGHOVEN to fully meet the company needs for production and sale of asphalt mixes on the territory of Varna District. The current plant’s capacity is 130-160 tons/hour.
"VARLY BRYAG" ASPHALT PLANT
The plant is located on the southwest slope of "Shiloto" hill, between “Varli Bryag” Quarry and the village of Cherni Vrah, District of Burgas, close to the “Gorno Ezerovo” Residential Area at some 3 km away from Burgas. The asphalt plant’s make is BENNINGHOVEN, model ЕCО 2000. The capacity of this stationary asphalt plant is 180 t/h. It was delivered to the site of “Varli Bryag” Quarry and set into operation in 2011.
