CONCRETE PLANTS
“SHUMEN ” CONCRETE PLANT
This is a HZS60 type concrete plant manufactured in China. It is located on the territory of "Shumen" asphalt plant and has a production capacity of 60 m3/h. On the territory of the same industrial facility, the company also operates a pre-stressed concrete beams casting bed, as well as the accredited road-testing laboratory.
"VARLY BRIAG" CONCRETE PLANT
The plant is located on the southwest slope of "Shiloto" hill, between “Varli Bryag” Quarry and the village of Cherni Vrah, District of Burgas, close to the “Gorno Ezerovo” Residential Area at some 3 km away from Burgas. The “Varli Bryag” concrete plant is of type HZS60, manufactured in China. It has a production capacity of 60 m3/h. The plant was delivered and set into operation in 2011.
"VARNA" CONCRETE PLANTS
The concrete plants are located on the island under the “Asparuhov” Bridge in Varna. There are two concrete plants operated on the territory of the industrial facility owned by the company: type В300/Е2, manufactured in Poland and type HZS90 manufactured in China. The latter has a capacity of 90m3/h. On the territory of the same industrial facility, the company also operates a casting bed for prefabricated concrete elements.
"VELIKI PRESLAV" CONCRETE PLANT
The plant is located in the Eastern Industrial Zone of Veliki Preslav. This is a HZS50 type concrete plant manufactured in China. The plant’s capacity us 50 m3/h. It is used for production and sale of concrete mixes, cement mortars and prefabricated concrete elements.
"RUSE" CONCRETE PLANT
“Ruse” concrete plant was erected in 2009 on the territory of “Ruse” Construction Division, located east of the bridge across the Danube River connecting Bulgaria and Romania. The plant is manufactured by ELBA – Germany and is of type EMM25 with a capacity of 12 m3/h. It is used for production and sale of concrete mixes, cement and lime mortars.
"RAZGRAD" CONCRETE PLANTS
Two concrete plants are erected in the company’s industrial facility located at the ring road of Razgrad. The concrete mixes, cement and lime mortars produced there fully satisfy the company needs and are further intended for sale to external customers. On the territory of the same industrial facility, the company also operates a casting bed for prefabricated concrete elements.
"TARGOVISHTE" CONCRETE PLANTS
The concrete plants are located in the industrial zone of Targovishte. At the concrete plant "Targovishte" are operating a concrete mixer, model HZS60 / China with a capacity of 60 m3 / h and a lime plant for the production of lime mortar model MA500 / 1. It has a production capacity of 60 m3/h. On the territory of the same industrial facility, the company also operates a casting bed for prefabricated concrete elements, as well as a plant & equipment repair workshop.
